Terms of Service

1. Hours
The Graze Company Calgary is open Thursday-Sunday. Delivery & Collections hours are from 10am to 5:30pm. Delivery or collection outside of these hours will be subject to a 10% surcharge. For consideration of a wedding or large event on a day that we are closed, please email us at hello@thegrazecompanycalgary.com or contact us through our Contact Page.

**Pick-up hours are Thursday-Sunday 10am-4pm**

*Delivery only for boxes containing alcohol. Delivery is available Tuesday-Friday (North, Northwest Calgary, West Calgary and Inner City). Please note that a delivery fee is not included in our pricing. If you are wanting delivery outside of the areas we service, kindly send us an email for a delivery quotation. If you want delivery outside of these areas, kindly send us a message for a delivery quote. 

2. Food and Produce
Please be aware all Graze Boxes, Graze Boards and Graze Tables are a mix of high quality artisan and/or farmhouse cheeses, charcuterie, dips, gourmet crackers, nuts, dark chocolate, fresh fruit, dried fruit, olives and condiments. The Graze Company works with mother nature and changes will be made with the Seasons.  Ingredients are subject to availability.  We provide alternatives for gluten-free, vegetarian and vegans and ask that you inform us well in advance of any required dietary requirements. Please note that our platters are not prepared in an allergen-free environment.
3. Cancellations and Surcharges
Surcharges may apply on Public Holidays and outside of business hours from 10.00am to 5.30pm and will be discussed with you upon booking
We do not offer refunds, however, we do allow date changes if notified 1 week or more in advance. For cancellations, any deposit will be forfeited. 
4. Liquor Delivery Service
As per the Alberta Liquor Control and Licensing Act, The Graze Company Inc.  may offer customers the option to add liquor to their Boxes, Boards and Tables. The Act permits a delivery service to purchase the liquor on behalf of a customer and deliver the liquor to the customer. By placing your request for liquor to be added to your order, you certify under penalty of law that you and the intended recipients are at least 18 years old. When proof of age is required, customer must show two pieces of identification at the time of delivery. One of those pieces must be a government issued identification card such as a driver's license with photo, name and birth date. The other piece must contain the person's name along with a signature or picture. As The Graze Company is not permitted to store any alcohol on the premises, The Graze Company will purchase liquor on your behalf. Liquor prices will be charged at liquor store pricing, plus a $10 pick up fee and these prices are included in the prices of products purchased.
